2025 was another fantastic year for CCL, filled with exciting events and company developments.
We continued to grow as a trusted partner, delivering expert customs clearance and cross-border logistics services for a diverse range of companies – from large Chinese eCommerce platforms to fresh flower importers!
Now that we’re in the first quarter of 2026, we’ve looked back on everything we got up to in 2025 – as well as our future plans and developments for 2026.
At the beginning of 2025, to further help Chinese/UK businesses expand internationally through seamless cross-border trade, we joined the British Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
As a Chamber member, CCL are benefiting from a dynamic network of international businesses and contacts, opportunities for collaboration, better brand visibility, market insights and participation in a wide range of online and in-person business events.
We strive to be a trusted pillar in the Chamber community by offering reliable, efficient and streamlined logistics solutions to members across the region.
In 2025, we launched the Customs Central platform as part of the CCL Tech suite.
Customs Central delivers a fully digital, end-to-end customs declaration process, helping eCommerce and FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) shipments move seamlessly through key UK and EU Gateway Logistics hubs, including:
By automating data handling and document management, the platform simplifies customs procedures, reduces manual input and minimises the risk of errors.
In short, it’s an all-in-one platform to speed up your customs processes – allowing you to focus on the things that matter!
Last year, we continued CCL operations in Beijing, China, offering advisory & sales supports to new and existing Asian clients aiming to enhanced CCL services for eCommerce gateway logistics and UK/EU customs clearance.
With a significant number of clients comprising of cross border eCommerce businesses in China, we sought to strengthen our presence in the Chinese and wider Asian markets by investing in the localised team with high standard.
By having a physical office and team operating in China, we offer a more accessible, personalised, local point of contact for businesses that prefer to communicate in Mandarin as well as English and operate within Asian time zones.
To kickstart the year, our CEO, Stuart Campey, and Group IT Director, Mark Grundy, headed to Miami for the World Mail & Express (WMX) Americas conference.
As a support sponsor to the event, we had the privilege of reconnecting with top post and parcel executives, while sharing our expertise in customs clearance and bespoke logistics solutions tailored for the North American market.

In February, CCL attended Khao Lak in Thailand to the NAP’s (Neutral Air Partner) 9th AGM: Shaping the Future of Cargo event.
Snow(Xue) Bai, our Head of Asia, had an incredible time engaging with industry leaders, exchanging insights and exploring the latest trends in global air cargo.
NAP was great to reconnect with old friends and meet new faces, gaining valuable insights into the latest aviation and logistics trends.

In June, members of the CCL team were at the NEC attending Multimodal 2025 - the UK’s leading transport, logistics and supply chain expo.
As a first-time attendee, we had a fantastic time connecting with supply chain leaders and visionaries from all over the world - including China, Ukraine, South Africa, the Midlands, North West England and Scotland.
From in-depth discussions on sustainability and global trade, to forward-thinking panels on how AI is transforming supply chain management, Multimodal 2025 delivered on every front!

In the same week, other members of our team had the pleasure of attending the World Mail & Express (WMX) Europe conference.
During the two-day event in Rome, CCL got the chance to connect with logistics, eCommerce and supply chain professionals from across Europe.
As well as gaining networking opportunities, the event was also a great platform to exchange ideas, explore emerging trends and gain valuable insights.
We even sponsored the event with a dedicated coffee break stand featuring our company logo!

In September, CCL also attended another World Mail & Express (WMX) conference in Asia.
Hosted in Hong Kong, our Asian office took part in keynote speeches and open discussions on the evolving landscape of Asian global trade.
From major national post and parcel operators and innovative logistics support companies, to specialised customs brokers from every corner of the globe, WMX Asia received a diverse cohort of attendees and we were excited to be there!
A particular stand-out at the event was the addressing of US import policies, which helped us stay ahead of regulatory shifts to not only mitigate risk but also create opportunities to streamline supply chains.

In September, CCL exhibited at the China (Shenzhen) International Logistics and Supply Chain Fair (CILF).
Held at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Centre, CILF is the number one leading logistics and transport expo in Asia, receiving over 300,000 visitors from more than 60 countries.
As an exhibitor at the event, our team were stationed at our dedicated stand to showcase our expert logistics services aimed at streamlining Asia-UK imports and exports.
We had an amazing time at the expo, engaging in discussions on the latest logistics developments and showcasing how we support global trade with industry peers at our stand.

In October, CCL attended the Americas Freight Cargo Conference – organised by Americas Alliance.
Combining business with a friendly social atmosphere, this conference offered the perfect setting to form partnerships, gain deeper insight into each company’s needs and better understand what they value in a logistics partner.
The event was a great opportunity for us to connect with both new and existing agents through productive one-to-one meetings.

CCL is focused on growth for 2026, with ambitious plans to expand our global customer base and further enhance the services we provide.
Our team is gearing up for another exciting year of international trade and logistics exhibitions, with the WMX Americas conference lined up for February.
Beyond events, we’re investing internally to deliver an even better experience for our customers, including the launch of our brand-new website that’s coming soon…
